Limited Edition T-shirts available in Limited Supply

We have just a few of these t-shirts left for sale – $20 each.  We created them for our chefs to wear at a pig event we participated in called Cochon 555.  The front is our regular logo, and the back is a play on our logo with a pig instead of a bird and the banner says “Porkin’ our brains out since ’08”.  Sorry, we cannot ship them, but you can send me an email to reserve one and make arrangements to pick it up at the restaurant.

Thanks to Tyler for modeling the shirt, as well as creating the slogan on the back.

Welcome to our new Weblog!

Hello!

We’d like to welcome you to our new Weblog!  We’ve decided to join the 21st century (or maybe 1998!), and start communicating electronically with you: our loyal friends, customers, and miscellaneous other people.   We intend this to be a place where we can talk about what’s going on at Hungry Mother, show you pictures of cool new products we’re bringing in, or fill you in on upcoming events.  There are so many little details that happen every day here before we open our doors to you, and we are looking forward to giving you an “insider’s look” into what goes on.  (Here’s what we’re thinking… Pictures of the pig we get in every other week or of crates of brightly colored local produce, snapshots from John at Taste of Cambridge, discussions about new cocktails that are in development.)  We do not plan on inundating you with a constant stream of chatter, so feel free to link up to us resting assured you won’t have to eat, sleep and breathe Hungry Mother, you just may want to eat here!

See you soon in CYBERSPACE!
